21 Day Fix - Day 5

It is finally getting a little easier!  I was 100% spot on today with all of my numbers, only 1 cup short on veggies, but I got my shakeO in so I think I'm good with vitamins and nutrients with the veggies :)    I have no clue how many calories are going in.  It's probably best if I keep it like that.

I did not weigh today for the first time. I know the weight loss is going to slow down as I don't have a pound a day to lose!  :P    I decided to do every other day for the rest of this week and next week I'll try to stretch it out further, if I can! I'm like those immediate rewards...maybe I can hold out.  Weighing too often can be discouraging if everything doesn't go perfect every time.

I was checking out my abs while we were lifting weights tonight ...teehee, I can already see abs!  Lookout everybody on the cruise-ship this summer ;)
